Accounts with real-money gambling firms are beyond Woodruff’s reach, so he cannot sort them out. If gambling is a worry, the National Gambling Helpline takes calls free on 0808 8020 133.
Only grown-ups of 18 or over are let into Stillroom Jars. Its reels turn on virtual coins with no monetary value; buying, selling, withdrawing or exchanging them is impossible. Woodruff keeps no coin shop on any shelf and no payment page behind the counter, the jars hide no prize of real-world value, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
